Know the weight before you buy
A single wardrobe panel box can be well over 40kg and awkward for one person. Check the box weights and dimensions on the product page, because that determines whether it fits your car at all and how many hands are needed.
Load flat, load edge-protected
Flat-pack should travel flat and supported, not standing on a corner. Board edges are the weak point — once a corner is crushed, the panel rarely lines up properly during assembly.
- Lay large panel boxes flat with heaviest at the bottom
- Keep boxes dry — chipboard swells fast in Liverpool rain
- Do not stack heavy items on top of glass or mirror boxes
- Strap the stack so it cannot slide on braking
