Terms of Service
These terms cover how quotes, bookings and jobs work with Ahmed Man With Van.
Quotes
Quotes are based on the details you provide: addresses, item list, floor numbers, lift availability, access and parking. If the job on the day differs materially from what was described — significantly more items, restricted access that was not mentioned, or a long unexpected carry — the price may need to be revised and this will be discussed with you before work continues.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed once a date and arrival window have been agreed by phone, text or in writing. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel so the slot can be offered to someone else.
Items and suitability
Jobs are accepted subject to vehicle capacity and safe access. Hazardous, illegal or otherwise unsuitable goods are not carried. If you are unsure whether an item can be moved, ask before booking.
Please tell us in advance about fragile, valuable or unusually heavy items so they can be handled and loaded appropriately.
Access and parking
You are responsible for arranging legal access and, where relevant, a lift booking or loading permission at both addresses. Time lost to unavailable access may affect the price.
